Get started with MailPanda in four steps

Create your account at app.mailpanda.ai and paste your store’s URL. MailPanda reads your public pages — products, photography, copy, colors — and builds a brand profile: who you are, how you sound, and what makes your products worth buying. Everything it designs afterwards starts from this profile, so emails come out looking hand-built for your brand.

When MailPanda asks for your email platform, choose Connect Klaviyo, sign in, and approve the permissions — that’s the whole setup. The connection lets MailPanda read your lists, segments, and metrics to plan and target properly, and publish finished emails into your account. You can also connect later from Settings → Integrations, or start without Klaviyo and design campaigns first. Disconnecting at any time removes MailPanda’s access immediately.

MailPanda proposes a complete program: core flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, and more) plus a rolling campaign calendar built around your products and the season. Hover any email on the canvas to see its clickable blocks, and open one to review the full design. Want changes? Click the block to target it, or just tell the panda in chat — “make the hero darker”, “lead with the bestseller” — and it revises. Nothing moves forward until you approve it.

Hit Publish on an approved email and it lands in your Klaviyo account — flows arrive as drafts with templates and hosted images ready, campaigns arrive as drafts or scheduled sends. Give them a final look in Klaviyo and set them live when you’re ready. You stay in control of what reaches your customers, always.
